This villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard offering the perfect blend of true Provencale living with all modern requirements. There are 2 private heated pools, one of which has an additional shallow area for babies and young children.

The pool at Bastide 2 is bordered by lawns and shaded terraces for relaxation with family and friends. The property is set in 5 acres of private land and vineyards where you will find many olive, oleander, fig and lavender plants and well manicured mature gardens. Of particular note are the many terraces either shaded or basking in sun depending on your mood to or to relax and dine and simply enjoy the setting sun!

Outside here are covered terraces attached to the property offering both privacy and stunning vistas to accompany the beautifully landscaped gardens. The property also boasts a 2 heated swimming pools , many pool toys and inflatables and an area for playing Boule in front of the vineyard. Teak sun loungers with cushions that can be placed around the pool or on the terraces. There are also day-beds, and outdoor sofas with deep cushions inviting you to lounge along with numerous other outdoor seats and recliners. In fact, everywhere you look around the extensive grounds of 5 acres (20,000sq.m) there are seating areas, private terraces and sun-traps.

There are numerous beaches all within easy reach. The famous Club 55 at Pampalonne beach is a 25 minute drive, the private beaches at La Nartelle and Saint Maxime are a 10-15 minute drive and Port Grimaud is also a 15 minute drive. Boats can be easily rented within a 10-15 minute drive, along with numerous other water sport activities. Day trips by boat to Cannes or the local islands also go from Saint Maxime bay, 10-15 minutes from the villa. Please ask for more information.

La Bastide is a little gem in the South of France. It ticks all the boxes for us with so many terraces and areas for privacy or you can gather on the great outdoor terrace outside the house to bring together friends and family for meals and after a game of friendly boules on the vineyard, Majic!
